All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.

I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Energy Healer, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.

Movements that are used to help relax and energize your mind and body. This relaxing massage modality increases the flow of oxygen in your blood and is very effective in reducing stress while improving your circulation.

Therapeutic/Deep Tissue

This technique targets the deeper layers of your muscles and connective tissue, and is used to release chronic muscle tension and inflammation that contribute to pain and stress.

Trigger Point / Acupressure

A noninvasive therapeutic modality for the relief and control of myofasial pain and disfunction. This technique consist of trigger point compression and passive stretching.

Sports Massage

Fast pace and stimulating. It helps to establish blood flow and to warm up muscles. The intent here is to calm the nervous system and flush toxins and waste products out of the body.

Cupping Therapy

Is a technique used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue and migraines. It uses small suction cup devices that are placed on the skin or gently moved across the skin (sliding cupping).

Energy/Reiki Healing

These eastern techniques are used to heal the body, mind, and spirit. It helps bring about inner peace and harmony, balances the mind and emotions. Reiki can heal mental/emotional wounds and personal relationships.
